Group Catalyst is a ministry designed to equip and encourage people to facilitate and lead small groups with confidence. The program brings together participants from a wide range of backgrounds and experience levels—from those who have never led a group before to those who have facilitated groups in the past. Group Catalyst creates an environment where people can learn from one another while developing practical leadership skills.
